Penny's father, mother, grandfather and uncle were The Rutherfoord Insurance Agency in Roanoke, VA for many many years. Even though Penny has lived in Botetourt County for 55 years, she enjoys helping people all over this great valley of ours and beyond. As a senior herself, she wants to make sure that our seniors are well-cared for in their insurance needs especially with Medicare. She also wants to help younger people get started off right with life insurance while it is still very affordable for them.
